26/08/2020 COVID-19 Update: Normally deliveries would take place within 5 working days, however due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, courier companies that ship large and heavy items are experiencing delays due to unprecedented high volumes of packages, so we advise to allow up to 7 working days for delivery.  Track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email.

Deliveries sometimes may be split in two. Please do not worry if this happens, the other half should arrive within two working days.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery to Mainland UK is FREE! (England, Wales & parts of Scotland)
  • We do ship to Scilly Isles & Isle of Wight, however, there is a £15 surcharge for these areas from our courier.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to offshore postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
  • Place your order before 1:30 pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed AFTER 1:30 pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Delivery is usually made within 5 working days Mon-Fri. * Due to the current situation, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery*
  • Please ensure the correct address, postcode, mobile number and email address are provided at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • We cannot accept address changes once an order is placed.
  • You will find your tracking number in your dispatch email. This will be a link to the courier’s website where you can track the status of your order.
  • Our couriers will send you a text and email notification, advising you of a 2 hour estimated time of arrival (ETA). This notification can be made anytime up to 12:00pm on the day of delivery.
  • Please ensure that somebody is home to sign for and accept the delivery, as re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Orders can be left with a neighbour, or a signed note can be left for the driver, instructing them to leave your order in a safe place – e.g garden, front porch. PLEASE NOTE: If you leave a signed note for the driver, this is a signature of authorisation for the order to be left unattended. We will not be liable for theft or damages, so do so at your own risk.
  • Deliveries are to ‘front door’ only. Deliveries to apartments and flats will only be made to ground floor only. It is up to the driver’s discretion if they bring the item into your home.

ETA’s:  Our couriers do try to keep to their 2-hour delivery slot wherever possible, however outside influence and circumstances beyond our control such as traffic can cause delays to drivers journeys, and put them outside the time slot.

Delivery FAQs

How can i track my order?
You can find your tracking number and link in the dispatch email. Click on the tracking number link to view the status of your order. If you do not have this email, check your junk inbox. If it is not there contact our customer service team using the live chat feature or email us on hello@sleekliving.co.uk quoting your order reference no.

Can I request a specific delivery timeslot?
Yes, this is a service our couriers currently offer at present.

When will my delivery take place?
Deliveries are made mon-fri and normally take place between 7am and 8pm

I will not be at home for my delivery, what will happen?
The driver will leave a calling message via email. You will then need to contact the courier directly to re-schedule a further delivery date with them. We will attempt two deliveries free of charge, if delivery has not been successful on the second occasion then a charge of £45.00 will be made before a 3rd delivery attempt can be booked.

Can I leave the delivery with a neighbour or safe place?
Orders can be left with a neighbour, or a signed note can be left for the driver, instructing them to leave your order in a safe place – e.g garden, front porch.

Do you have any stores I can view products?
To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not have traditional brick and mortar stores which come with large overhead costs. We do however, have an onsite showroom at our offices in Aldridge, Walsall West Midlands. You can view items and place an order to take away the very same day, or for delivery. Please note that not all products will be on display. Please call prior to visiting to ask if a particular item is on display. Our showroom also stocks divan beds and luxury mattresses that are not available online. The showroom is open: Mon: closed, Tues closed, Wed 10:00 – 18:00, Thurs 10:00 – 18:00 Fri 10:00 – 18:00, Sat 10:00 – 18:00, Sun 10:00 – 16:00

Can I pay over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

When will my order arrive?
If you placed your order before 1:30pm, usually your order is dispatched the same working day. Deliveries would normally be made within 48 hours, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow up to 10 working days. This is due to couriers shipping heavy and large items experiencing delays. Our couriers will send you a text and email notification, advising you of a 2-hour time slot on the morning of delivery. Track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email.

Do you provide an assembly service?
As we use a third party courier and to keep our prices as low as possible, unfortunately, we do not provide an assembly service. Rest assured the majority of our products are easy to put together and come with instructions.  Some of our more complex items like ottoman storage beds have assembly videos available to view to help you. We are in the process of getting assembly videos for all products to help with this. We can also provide an extra set of instructions, which you can view online in the rare case your item did not come with instructions or they have become lost.

How come you do not deliver to my postcode?
The areas we deliver to are listed in our delivery information, however, there are certain areas we cannot ship too such as northern Ireland and Scottish highlands which is due to our couriers not delivering to these areas.

I have only received one of my boxes from my order.
Very occasionally boxes get separated. If this happens, we advise to accept the partial delivery and contact customer service at the earliest opportunity, so they can locate the box with our couriers and get this to you as soon as possible.* If a delivery has been separated, the other box should arrive within a few working days. We do apologise if this happens.

COVID-19 UPDATE

This update is effective from 5th June, 2021 at 9:00AM.

In light of the recent recent developments of COVID-19, we are still here and can assist you through Virtual Consults and are always available via chat, phone and email.

Our delivery teams will continue to deliver throughout the UK whilst following strict safety procedures. Deliveries are restricted to front door, inside front door and into the garage. Please ensure when taking delivery of your items that only one person communicates with the driver, a mask is always worn and 1.5m physical distance is maintained.

We are currently unable to offer room of choice, furniture assembly, unpacking and removal of packaging and at this time can not remove return items.
